Affiliate Scheme

A Start-Up Guide to Your Affiliate Account

How to register, navigate your dashboard, build your network, and use your store credit at the Rayonex webshop.

About This Guide

Welcome to the Rayonex Biomedical UK Affiliate Scheme. This guide walks you through registering as an affiliate, finding your way around your affiliate dashboard, building your referral network, and applying your discounts and store credit at checkout.

This guide is simplified for ease of understanding. For full legal terms, please see the Affiliate Scheme Terms and Conditions, which always apply.

Tip: If you would like to benefit immediately from Gold Status and the 5% discount, use the unique referral link provided by your practitioner or referrer when you register, rather than registering directly through the general sign-up page.

Step 1

Registering

Click the user icon in the top menu of the Rayonex website to go to the registration section.

  • On the right-hand side of the page, fill in your details.
  • Tick the required boxes, including the box confirming you agree to the affiliate scheme terms and conditions.
  • Read the affiliate scheme terms and conditions, then submit your registration to become an affiliate.

Existing customers who would like affiliate access enabled on their current account should instead contact the team directly, confirming that they agree to the terms and conditions: contact@rayonex.co.uk

The user icon in the top menu opens the Login / Register screen. Complete the Register panel on the right.
Step 2

Log In and Navigate

Once registered, log in to your new user account and go to your dashboard.

After logging in, open the account menu from the user icon and select Dashboard.

On the left-hand menu of your account dashboard, you will see a link through to the Affiliate Area. From there, you can access several pages to track your progress as an affiliate.

Select Affiliate Area from the account dashboard menu.
Step 3

Affiliate Pages

You can view your affiliate information using the menu running along the top of the Affiliate Area. The pages you will use most often are described below.

Network

This is the first page shown when you enter the Affiliate Area. It provides your network link, which you can share in different formats, such as a QR code or a social media link. You can also view your first-tier network contacts here. For privacy reasons, second-tier affiliates are not shown.

The Network page shows your referral link, share options, and your first-tier network.

Statistics

The Statistics page shows your current group referrals to date and the amount of store credit you have available to spend. The examples below show the Silver and Gold statistics views.

Statistics page – Silver status, showing referrals, earnings, and available store credit.
Statistics page – Gold status. Note the countdown showing the number of days until status reverts to Silver.

On the Gold Status page, you will see a countdown showing when your status will drop back to Silver if no further qualifying order is placed. Once you reach Platinum or Ambassador level, your status is permanent and there is no countdown.

Adding New Customers or Affiliates to Your Network

The two easiest ways to grow your network are:

  • Ask the person to click your referral link, or
  • Share your QR code with them directly.

You can also add your referral link to your own website, although we recommend checking with the Rayonex team first to confirm it is set up correctly.

We recommend setting up these links while you are with the customer during a consultation, so they know how to order products — such as supplements — from the website straight away.

How to Get a Referral Link

Your personal affiliate link is available from the Affiliate URLs tab. Share this link directly, or use the Custom Link Generator to create a link to a specific page on the Rayonex website.

How to Create a QR Code

Click the QR code icon next to the share options to generate a scannable QR code for your link. This can be downloaded and printed, or shared digitally.

Click the QR code icon to open the Share QR Code window, then download the code to share or print.
Step 4

Using Your Store Discount or Store Credit

Your affiliate discount and any available store credit can both be applied at checkout.

Affiliate Product Discount

If you qualify for a partner-level discount, this is applied automatically below the shipping details at checkout. Please note that shipping costs are excluded from the discount.

The Affiliate Product Discount is applied automatically and shown below the shipping options.

Applying Store Credit

If you have store credit available, you will see a banner at checkout showing your balance. Click Apply to use it on the current order.

Click Apply to use your available store credit balance on the order.

Store Credit Applied

Once applied, your store credit appears as a line item in the order summary. In the example below, both store credit and the Gold partner discount are applied to the same order.

Store credit and the Gold discount applied together in the order summary.
Step 5

Excluded Products

The following items are excluded from affiliate discounts and referral credit. This list is not exhaustive:

Furniture Literature Third-party items Rentals Courses & Events

Quick Overview: Partner Levels at a Glance

Your discount and referral credit rate depend on your current partner status. This is a quick-reference summary of the four partner levels.

Worked Example: How Credit Flows Through a Network

The numbers below are easier to follow with a real example. The diagram shows one small network — Jane, her referrals, and their referrals in turn — and exactly how much store credit each person earns when a purchase happens further down the chain.

A worked example of the two-tier referral network, showing partner status, referrals, and store credit earned at each level.

Reading the Diagram

  • Jane is an Ambassador with four 1st-tier referrals: Joy, Bob, Hope, and Jon. Their own referrals — Ian, Isla and Zoe — sit in Jane’s 2nd tier. She does not earn credit from Tom or David, who are Jane’s 3rd tier — the scheme only pays out on 1st and 2nd tier.
  • Each person earns credit from their own network in exactly the same way Jane does — the scheme repeats at every level. Bob earns from Ian’s referrals just as Jane earns from Bob’s.
  • Jon and Joy illustrate that 1st-tier partners don’t need to refer anyone themselves for Jane to benefit — their own purchases alone generate 1st-tier credit for Jane.

The four scenarios below walk through each type of purchase shown on the diagram, from simplest to most complete.

Scenario 1: Tom (Silver) — a straightforward referral

Tom holds Silver status and has no referrals of his own. He spends £100 + VAT, using Ian’s referral link.

WhoEarnsWhy
Ian£5.00 Store CreditTom is Ian's own direct (1st-tier) referral. Tom's £100 + VAT purchase earns Ian the 5% 1st-tier rate.
Bob£5.00 Store CreditTom sits two steps below Bob (Bob → Ian → Tom), so from Bob's side this is a 2nd-tier referral. The flat 5% 2nd-tier rate applies to the same purchase.

Tom himself receives no discount on this purchase — Silver status carries no own-purchase discount. Both Ian and Bob earn credit from the same £100 purchase, at different tiers of their own networks.

Scenario 2: David (Gold) — credit on a discounted purchase

David holds Gold status, giving him a 5% discount on his own orders. He spends £100 + VAT, which is discounted to £95 + VAT net, using Isla’s referral link.

WhoEarnsWhy
David£5.00 DiscountDavid's own Gold status gives him a 5% discount on his own purchase — not referral credit. He pays £95 + VAT instead of £100 + VAT.
Isla£4.75 Store CreditDavid is Isla's 1st-tier referral. Isla's 5% 1st-tier credit is calculated on David's net spend of £95, not his original £100.
Hope£4.75 Store CreditDavid sits two steps below Hope (Hope → Isla → David), making him Hope's 2nd-tier referral. The flat 5% 2nd-tier rate applies to the same £95 net spend.

The key detail in this scenario: referral credit is always calculated on the customer’s net spend after their own discount has been applied — not on the original list price. This matches clause 2.2 of the Affiliate Scheme Terms & Conditions.

Scenario 3: Jon (Silver) — a direct 1st-tier referral of Jane

Jon holds Silver status and is one of Jane’s own direct referrals, with no referrals of his own yet. He spends £100 + VAT using Jane’s referral link.

WhoEarnsWhy
Jane£10.00 Store CreditJon is Jane's 1st-tier referral. As an Ambassador referring a Silver partner, Jane earns the full Ambassador 1st-tier rate of 10% on Jon's £100 + VAT purchase.

This is the simplest credit flow on the diagram: a single purchase, one referrer, no discount and no second tier involved. It shows that a 1st-tier partner doesn’t need to refer anyone themselves for their referrer to keep earning from their purchases.

Scenario 4: Joy (Platinum) — a partner’s own discount and Jane’s credit on it

Joy holds Platinum status, giving her a 10% discount on her own orders. She spends £100 + VAT, using Jane’s referral link.

WhoEarnsWhy
Joy£10.00 DiscountJoy's own Platinum status gives her a 10% discount on her own purchase — not referral credit. She pays £90.00 + VAT instead of £100 + VAT.
Jane£4.50 Store CreditJoy is Jane's 1st-tier referral. Because Joy holds Platinum status, Jane's Ambassador 1st-tier rate reduces from 10% to 5% (per clause 7 / the rate table footnote). 5% of Joy's £90.00 net spend is £4.50.

Joy’s own 10% discount and Jane’s 5% credit on that purchase are two separate, unrelated mechanics happening on the same order: one reduces what Joy pays; the other rewards Jane for the referral. Jane’s 15% figure shown elsewhere on the diagram is Jane’s own discount on her own purchases — it has no bearing on what she earns from Joy’s order.

Own-Purchase Discounts Work Differently

A partner’s own discount (Joy’s 10%, David’s 5%, Jane’s 15%) is never referral credit — it is simply the discount that partner’s own status entitles them to on their own orders, applied automatically at checkout regardless of who referred them or whether they’ve referred anyone else. Referral credit is a separate reward, earned by the referrer, calculated on the referred customer’s net spend after any such discount. See Step 4 of this guide for how both appear together at checkout.
